Dawn at Egg Rock

This intense dawn photo of Egg Rock was taken in Acadia National Park, Maine. The photo was taken at the base of Cadillac Mountain overlooking Bar Harbor. The small structures on Egg Rock are Egg Light and the land at the rear of the image is Mount Desert Island. The looming powerful intense red orange clouds and sky dwarf the size and importance of the land and the man made structures. No filter was used.
