| This sunset image was taken in Arches National Park, Utah while the
moon, enshrouded in clouds was "sitting" above Balanced Rock.
The path acting as a leading line, from right to left, "pulls"
the eye to the warmly lit rocks in the center of the image. The photo
contrasts the orange-red sandstone and mudstone of the rocks bathed in
sunset light with the shrubs and soil in the foreground, which are in
shadow. |
