Thors Hammer

This image of Thor's Hammer was taken in Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah. The bold color of Thor's Hammer and much of the surrounding rock and soil is quite striking. Taken just after sunrise, Thor's Hammer is backlit, with a sunburst just behind the top of the hammer. Much of the rock in this image "glows" or looks as if it is illuminated from within. No filter was used.
